Everybody who's gonna have a environment-friendly city are gonna hate me if I get put next to them. I plan on having a dictated, dirty-industrial city, but however it'd be a good source of power for another city nearby it that will be a major, yet still dictated city, and it would be fresh and clean.

Am I the only one in beta who made a self sustaining city with high pollution then cut it off from the world if people tried to leave?
