What is the current state of the game? --- End quote --- Somewhat improved state. 3 more servers have been introduced, and I've experienced only intermittent server disconnections. Contrary to popular belief, unless the server is detected to have gone down, if you are disconnected you are able to play while your client attempts to reconnect. I DC'd about 2 hours ago and played for over an hour without an internet connection before I reconnected. Login problems are far and few between for me, though I can't speak for anyone else. --- Quote from: tails on March 07, 2013, 08:18:16 PM ---I was expecting a disaster, Downloaded patched and I'm in first try. --- End quote --- Substantiates my decrease in login problems. EDIT: I've started another region in EU West 1. If you are able to get on, add ComatoseBL and I'll invite you. GUIDELINES FOR SKIPPING TUTORIAL: The tutorial in almost every server is broken or does not load. To receive social options, performing the tutorial is required. I've found a temporary fix for getting past the tutorial. - Start tutorial. - Allow it to load. If it does not load, proceed to step 4. - Once the city has loaded, zoom in and out, look around and exit to the main menu. - Exit SimCity and restart. - Start tutorial again and repeat step 3. You should be able to proceed as normally. |

Amazon has stopped selling the game. This is near satirical that they put in all this stuff to prevent pirates, but the only people that can play right now are probably pirates |

Hurts non pirates and pirates just find ways to get past drm. |
