Server's speed increased :D Now there is way less lag!

Server is going to be closed, currently I do not have enough builders, too much work(As you see) and I there are some mods that I need. I will make a new suggestion for my server with easier projects. Sorry about this. I also don't have the time to make a project like this, it is too much time.
