1) Wunderwaffe:
It's not Wunderwaffle, that's silly and makes no sense. It's German, so you would say it like Voon - der - vah - ff - eh
2) Details:
That is the Wunderwaff as it appears in Call of Duty.
This is a sniper rifle by Manty.
As you can see, there is a slight difference in the detail that is apparent. A weapon with this much detail would look rather abhorrent in game, even if the render looks pretty sweet.
