Minigame-reset also respawns bricks

If bricks are shot, blown up, or fakekilled in a mini-game, they only respawn after the mini-game is reset as opposed to respawning after 5 seconds. This would be a lot better for large deathmatches is destructible enviroments as walls don't magically get rebuilt after they're blown up.

If you're using slayer, set brick respawn time to -1. They all should respawn on a minigame reset.
