I think it would be a bit of a hassle to bring a TV into a car and hook everything up just to play the Wii U on a road trip.

With the 3DS, all you'd have to do is whip it out.

I know on XBL, indie game developers can make their own games and sell them, could you do this on Nintendo's network for the Wii U?

The cutscene when the possessor takes the giant loving knight is amazing for 3DS and Nintendo. since the game doesn't have much at all about "huge destruction" the effect of the scene just becomes greater and greater.
