Ok, how are there so many players in this server?

Likely a group of friends playing, or it became recently passworded with 27 people in it. Post a pic of who's in it?

I honestly don't see the problem. It could be a big gathering of friends, a clan, etc. Server names don't have to have anything to do with what's going on in them. You might even be having a bug or something making it look like there's more players there than there really are, though this is highly unlikely.

It's likely a clan or a group of friends. We had something like this a few days ago where 20 people from Korea were playing soccer upon further investigation. They all knew each other and were probably having a fun time.
