1X1 Horizontal pole has not shown up.
The Corporation:

Siba's horizontal poles pack doesn't show the 1x1 horiz poles.

For some reason you have to only have the horizontal poles enabled.

Turn off the old Pole Brick pack.
For some reason the horizontal poles also have the vert poles in the pack so the old Pole Bricks overwrite the horizontal ones.
