you are running standard blockcombat alongside bkt-atac
they are both totally seperate packs that do not go together at all
i feel like that should be exceedingly obvious just looking at the models

i recommend getting all of the rest of ATAC and disabling the random of bit of standard bkt that's being run


also, out of curiousity, why is the lamp in my base claimed as your brick; is that just the save/load system being stupid with public bricks again?
