Serversided decals and faces

I've been thinking about this quite a lot, is it even possible?
This would make the decals and faces so much more interesting to download.
Maybe this could work just like Prints?
Thoughts, ideas?

This would be nice, as most of the decals/faces that I download no one would have, so no one would be able to see them.

I was able to get custom faces to show up by overwriting the default smiley face. This does not work for the faces in the add-on folder though.

is there a way to set the default face to something else?
i want to make an alternate asciiterror face (with rainbow visor) but for everyone else it'll be just the regular asciiterror.
