Why you should be admin:
I've played blockland/been on the internet for a long enough time to notice when people are just joking on some of the things they say that could be taken offensively. And I've also been able to notice when they're serious. I try not to kick/ban on an impulse because someone said something possibly insulting about me. I enjoy helping people whenever I can, which usually will even go before my own projects (because I never finish anything ever). The most fun I get out of blockland is helping others have fun on their own servers and whatnot. I've also hosted my own server/been admin at a lot of servers so I deal with stress just fine.

I also think your server has a lot of potential for fun and would love to help wherever I can.
How active can you be:
I have lots of time everyday as I'm homeschooled and only have an occasional weekend job. I spend most of my time in the day playing games when I don't have anything else to do (see: rarely)
Hosts that Recommend you:
Probably cromedome, yorktown, police man, jasa, crown, pecon, ikethegeneric, tango, oodles of other people. So while I've never asked I'm sure they would say yes if I did.
