Why not?
I see no reason why this wouldn't be a good addition to our forum boards.
It's loving annoying to find server threads behind all of this other "hey look we went 1000000000 bricks to the north" stuff. I want to bump my favorite server's topic? Tubad.
I honestly think you're either biased about something or just don't pay attention to any of the reasons stated.

Small change, I just added a poll to OP.
Update:Bigger change, added a Q&A to OP, and an explanation of what a child board actually is, I'm sure most of you know what a child board is but some members may not.
