Can't get RPChat to work.

I wanted to use the private mod RPChat from the Bluzone to work on my fort-wars. I enabled it and everything works except the RP chat itself. I can't get local chat to work, nor can I get the radio to work. I can set my name and everything but I cant get the chat to do anything. All help is thankful.
