Friend is having trouble downloading a music loop at my server

So, I recently made this Tranquility Lane loop for my server, for a build my friend and I are making. He tries to join, and I attempt to show him my loop, but he says he can't hear it. He always downloads music and it was checked when he joined the server. I even had him download the music file directly to his music folder and he still couldn't hear it. I made sure the sound file was mono, under 500 kbs, all the good guidelines, I can't understand what could be wrong.

Any help?

Tell him to restart his BL and then rejoin. I think this is a bug in the current BL revision.

He did that once when he installed the music manually. Still didn't work, is what he said.

Altiris:

To start the max limit is 1MB, I think if songs are less 500kb they get added to the regular download (without having music enabled). This happened to my friend also and he has to restart Blockland.
