Skill Radation Packets, need suggestions.

I need abilities you earn through specific actions.
Buu:
radio active hand
20% more damage, wears off after 10 seconds
click on a green brick, like how you click on white bricks to get snow

you get shot 3 times more

for every 2 second you're afk, you do 5% less damage, max is 50%
