No? Not in the slightest bit. Online interactions aren't rated. IE any addons other than default affect the rating and the rating would be based off the base game.

All I think we really need are more default female faces and female hair pieces (also necessarily default). Boobs are not really necessary and are kind of out-of-place in Blockland.
