Anyone else's DLing files get stuck?

When i join servers
(happening since last night)
The files stop Downloading when im like ex: 604:1502
Anyone else getting this? I have to reconnect.

Has happened to me a few times on servers with a lot of files.
Usually it has to do with my own internet.
