better vehicle damage?

and by better car damage i meant more realistic in a way i guess.
like if you drop 031920341 feet instead of just bouncing up in the jeep what if you exploded? or driving into a wall really fast? is it possible to make these instead of just bouncing off of stuff?

Rampaging Vehicles does this, but I haven't used that mod since v21 and I'm not sure if it still works or if the brick damage part of it can be turned off.
