I dunno, if you want to experience the game that started it all in co-op (or deathmatch), that'd be nice, but someone would need to host. PM me with your steam if you're interested.

Yeah I don't have THAT much money. I'm already getting 2 other games and am not going to get 3 games. I'll just get the one the OP is asking people to play with him.

Don't worry about the WAD, we'll use Doom Shareware at first then buy full Doom (Ultimate) if we want to continue.
