| A special kind of player persistence |
| (1/1) |
| Plastiware:
I have a simple request. What I want is basically Script_Player_Persistence, but it doesn't save where you were when you disconnected, or at the very least it doesn't put you there when you reconnect. It would still remember your checkpoint, items, chests, score, etc. but you spawn where you would as if you had just died. |

Why? You can simply make a default mini game and have spawn points. Oh, you would need the slayer mod for this btw. Or the default minigame script, but slayer makes it obsolete. |

When Script_Player_Persistence is enabled, and a player disconnects from the server, when they reconnect they'll be standing wherever they were when they disconnected. I do not want this. I do, however, want the checkpoint, item, chest, and score saving features that come with the script. Unless you mean that running a default mini-game forces players who connect to spawn at spawn/check points, regardless of where the disconnected? Because somehow I doubt this. |
