Ever since 2008 it's been going downhill with more and more being shoved into the paid version that f2p isn't even fun anymore. They haven't added major new content to it in years, the stuffty excuse for a new "balanced" combat system aside.

I remember some news posts of them saying that F2P is considered a full product.

Its been a while and he hasnt been banned yet. I highly doubt this is against the rules.
