How long have you been playing the game? Since 2009, so 5 years this october
What is the game generally about? Building, sharing your creations, then blowing them I smithereens, with or without your friends inside.
How do you get and start the game? The game generally costs $20.00 from blockland.us/. Starting the game is similar to just about any game or computer application, but if you ever need assistance the forum can be a helpful place if your willing to cooperate with people.
What do you do in the game? Literally everything, but nothing. I can build a castle, fight a lizard man, fly a rocket ship, ride a nuclear warhead cowboy rodeo style, do a barrel roll, and I CAN believe its not butter.
What is your general opinion of the game? The overall community, at times, can be immature, however the more experienced users always know how to have fun and provide a fun environment.
Has the game influenced your actual life? It has, I text several of my "blockhead" friends and we've always helped each other out, whether being a wingman or just being there to listen to each other.
and why do you like the game? Why do you like food? Because it tastes good and it's required to live. Well what's to say fun isnt required to survive either? Have to stay somewhat same somehow.
Hope that helps

How long have you been playing the game? Since Spring of 2010, when I was 12.

What is the game generally about? As a kid you probably remember at some point making lego/ block creations, and you always had your 'minifigure' toys running about your creation. In Blockland, that concept is used, and taken to a whole new level. YOU are the minifigure! You are in first person and get to make your own character. You can build, drive vehicles, and use cool items, as well as make modifications for the game.

How do you get and start the game? All you have to do is visit www.blockland.us and download the demo, which limits you to 100 bricks, but you can have it for as long as you want. The actual game costs roughly $20, but it is a life time membership, which is great. I suggest you buy the game, even if you may have a few doubts. This game requires a bit of learning, and it may be a bit frustrating at first to learn certain keybinds and the such.

What do you do in the game? The boundaries of what you can do is the power of your imagination... That's right, you can do basically any thing! Build using cool bricks, special emitters, light effects, custom colors, etc. You can even use "Events" which control a brick and make it have special properties. Many players host their own single player, LAN, or mulitplayer servers which can have a bunch of categories, including the following (Note, you can make your own!):
-Free builds (Join and build what ever you want)
-Role plays of all types (Family, Military, even things like dragon RPs, Government vs. Rebels type servers, etc.)
-Mini-Cart racing
-Team Death Matches (Fight with your friends on your builds in various game modes as a team)
-Death Matches (Every man for himself!)
-Many more! Check out the servers list on the "Servers" tab on www.blockland.us

What is your general opinion of the game? Overall, I really like the game. Let's be honest, this is a really biased opinion
(After all, Ive been playing for about 3 years). I just love the endless possibilities this game has to offer, and you meet really cool players. I personally love making vehicles out of bricks, which are fun. Also, legos nowadays are just getting so expensive! Without the hassle of going to the store and paying a lot of money, you can just log onto Blockland, which, as I said earlier, only costs $20, and do anything!

Has the game influenced your actual life? Yes, I think it has. Ive been coordinating things involving my clan, and leading them, and teaching people how build stuff. After a while, you get comfortable doing this stuff in real life too. I have to say that it has also given me a greater knowledge of things like the B-17 Flying Fortress, among other planes and battles I have replicated. Also, as a result of Blockland I have taught my self to use several programs including Windows Movie Maker, Bandicam, and Paint, to name a few. Lastly! Ive used Blockland for school projects! Yep, thats right! For about 3 projects, Ive used builds in blockland to help me in some way, shape , or form. Taking pictures of builds and printing them out is really helpful.

and why do you like the game? (Stated in general opinion of the game) But also probably because I am really creative, and you can express yourself in Blockland very easily!
