Making a Warhammer 40k TDM server, need help making it. (NEED BUILDERS!)

I'm making a WH40k map, I am determined to make this and finish it. I am planning on making a server once I have the map, a set gamemode, team uniforms, weapon sets, and a plan in general.
So far:
General----
Scenario: Tau vs. Imperial Guard - Capture point
Attackers: Tau
Defenders: Imperial Guard
Planet: Orask
Gear----
Tau: Pulse Rifle/ Auto Pulse Rifle, Pulse Pistol(Need Comr4de/whoever made it to fix it.), T
Special: Tau CrCIA Battlesuit(Super mech w/ multiple weapons)
Imperial Guard: Default Vest, Helmet, Lasgun, Stubgun
Special: Vindicator(Vehicle), Razorback(Vehicle)

I will update with new ideas and such.
If you have suggestions, please tell me. If you have ideas for a map, I'm all ears. You can help make the map if you are a good builder. I would REALLY enjoy a link to WH40k related addons, vehicles in particular.

What kinds of structures and (or) terrain would be in the map?

I am not sure, theme is going to be snowy, battlefield, city fragments that are only battered to completely totaled, but not isolated.
That is really all I know right now, I would need some help from fellow WH40k fans on some details. (details: locations of certain cliffs, city, structure detailing, etc.)
Input is encouraged.

Yes, I am. I'm using those weapons because the Tau weapons have limited ammo. If I had HS lasguns vs. 15 clip pulse rifle going on in a server, massive butthurt would erupt. But I will try that when it is done and see how it goes.
(This whole deal only started today so expect me to change things a lot, I am aiming for an ultimate Warhammer remake to introduce to blockland. I wouldn't dare disrespect it with stuff.)
