it was CRC'd because it was abusable
you can probably find it somewhere around here though, and if you have it already you can just delete the namecheck.txt and then rename the file

Yes but no.
The add-on is available here: http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=215564.0
This version is fixed and you don't need to rename it or do anything like that.
