Then why would Valve bother making them as TestApps and why would they have official groups on Steam?

I played both of those titles, those were originally for PC, Halo 3, Halo ODST, Halo Wars, Halo Reach, and Halo 4, and all the other god damn content that came with them, was never for PC.
