Only install Source models and not entire game for Garry's Mod? Is this possible

I have found out that in order to get a Source Games props I have to install the entire game, is there any way to have it like in GMod 12 so I can only download the models? I really don't want to have to install them all.
Please forums, can you help me? I really don't feel like installing those games.

put the content stuff in your addons folder and the maps in your maps folder

Sadly no, in Gmod 13 games are mounted onto gmod, back then the most needed models came with gmod.
I took a whole day installing everything, its an even bigger problem if you don't have 1TB HDD.

911gb, but its my sisters laptop and she'll rip my face off if I install all those games.

I expected that you would probably have your own hardware....
