My first thought is a torque game engine demo? That's the type of car buggy thing they use.
The TGE one wasn't that detailed by it's possible the T3D one could be.

Surprisingly enough, it's GTA IV.
It would've probably been hard to guess seeing as how i've got my game heavily modded, but yeah, GTA IV.
