No, he is my friend in real life, i'm at his house beside him right now. He said "If i ever want BL back i'll just buy it, i'm too busy with work and school, and my internet at home is too crappy to play it anyways." He is also the one posting this, that way i don't look like a dumb noob.

I hope he does, i can even PM him the key if he needs, he can just move the key to the account "Deokotaru" for me if he wants. It would be much appreciated.

Or just keep away from the forums? Why do you want your key removed from the account? Are you sharing the key/account with someone? Why not just buy the game again if you plan on doing that later anyway?
