Added AFK kicker and Vehicle Timer Kill to the server. This should greatly decrease the amounts of shenanigans that go down. Idk how to disable team chat though ;_; So chat spam may still be an issue, sadly :\

I tried it: As it is now we won't be adding it. I'm not gonna modify it at all until I'm done with my Jungle Track. If you wanna try fixing it yourself: make it more friendly for 20 players. It has a LOT of really strange narrow areas that would cause lots of mass wrecks.
