I think I quit long ago because crime was getting out of hand, and there wasn't a damn thing I could do about it. Crims would always jump on a bike and surf through the water while hailfiring me with their loving machine guns. Impossible to touch. It was awful.
That and all the times a criminal hid in a place where it was literally IMPOSSIBLE to get to him.
I know I don't want gore or research links posted on my screen. I would think the forum rules are so common-sense that they should apply in-game too.
