Cottage and house

This is a cottage I worked on, based off of Weatherleah on Oblivion (based on, not supposed to be exactly the same), and it was meant to be the start of a whole town or something. Never got around to doing that, but I'm really proud of this nonetheless. Has somewhat of an interior.
Now this is a house I've recently been working on, looks 2-3 stories, but it's actually got half stories. The garage is ground level, main floor is 3 or so bricks higher than that, then the next floor is 7 bricks up, then half of that floor is actually 4 blocks higher than the other half... it's really hard to explain. It'll probably have 6 or 7 different floor levels when I finish. No interior yet either.
Awaiting Trader's door to complete the house.

EDIT: I just duplicated the house 4 times, and
1. It looked awesome, I'm probably gonna make a neighborhood
2. It didn't lag, which is amazing considering all the light blue tealish walls are made of 1x2 plates.
Oh and NKL eats babies.

pretty goood ... interesting shape for the first one... and on sedcond color is kinda wierd but still looks good
