More forum users than people who play the game?

I know this sounds weird but why are there more people who are on the forum than people who actually play the game? I just see more forum posts than actual servers with players on.

I wasn't sure where this post should go. Feel free to move.

2. Cause some people are just people who didn't buy the game, and didn't know you needed a key for the forums.
