A new Mini Empires server?

(I'm not sure this goes here)(also, my in-game name is Datablock)
I'm going to be hosting a new Mini Empires server. It will combine elements from every MERP I visited, which is quite a few:

-Four regions each with two biomes
-You can tame special mobs only found in their respective regions
-Large tech tree
-Bosses!
-And that's all you can expect to find in my server!

Currently I'm looking for proficient builders, so if anyone is willing to help, feel free to ask!
