WaterFX added to Paint Can FX menu

Whenever I want normal bricks to have the water FX (because undulo moves way too much), I have to make an event every time. So my suggestions are in the poll.

Water really needs to replace it.

Maybe someone wants to use Water FX for things but doesn't want a specific part of the build to wobble the same way (but still being wobbly).
Undulo is good but Water FX is really useful.
Needs to be defaulted.

there is a mod called QC_UnduloWater which lets you turn bricks in to water with the undulo paint can via command
