So I have been trying to download it all day. I have cleared the system chache.
It just goes from 0% then wait 1 hour goes to 50% then restarts.

Please help me.

(HINT: I HAVE XBOX)

system cache does nothing you might not have enough memory

Yes it does save to my external drive. (Which has 30 GB remaining)

Well, I just installed it to the external drive, and it is on the profile that I bought it with.
