Server with --- ping

The hacker is right, did anyone tell you that they can't join your server? Also are you hosting a dedicated server or not?

I tried joining but I couldn't and yea the server is dedicated

You could have some bad add-ons that are preventing the server from working. Load only default add-ons on the server and see if you can join. If the problem is fixed, then it's a bad add-on that is breaking your server.
