| Tried to mod mc with thaumcraft 3.0.3 and FML |

the mod he's trying to install, thaumcraft, isn't a mod you put in the minecraft.jar, and it's not a problem with forge because he's stated that it works without thaumcraft installed, so force updating wouldn't do anything. try updating java. i read in a forge tutorial that modmakers and mod users have to have the same version, assuming thaumcraft's creator was on java 7. you're on java 6. |

Quick checklist: Did you delete Meta-inf? Did you put thaumcraft inside te jar? (DON'T DO THIS) Did you run the game before you installed Thaumcraft? (After installing forge) |
