Super max shaders?

Edit: This no longer works I guess, cause it just sets it to "off".

There is actually a graphical setting called "GPU Melt", and I can't find it on any other computers than mine and my brother's computer. I am not able to test it, but I swear that it shows up in my options menu.

I had this on my last computer
we conducted a funeral for it shortly afterwards
