RTB connect is shut down?!?

So I go onto blockland, and RTB doesn't connect for some reason. Then I open the overlay to discover that RTB connect is shut down.
You probably already know this, but it says shut down, not down, so it makes me think it is permanent. It said to look in the RTB forums for more information, but it doesn't acknowledge it has been shut down.
What is happening?
