How do you do the Admin orb using mac?

I use Mac OS X, and I don't know how to use the Admin Orb.

Forgot to say this is the same for any laptop that uses the F keys as things such as volume, brightness, etc.

You can also rebind the keys in the options. I use the left and right brackets.
