Gaming Computer for Blockland

Would this computer run Blockland well?

Must be able to:
>Run shaders on high or maybe even max
>Play with settings on max or at least high
>View 25k-50k bricks without a bunch of lag
>Blockland runs fast in general

Do you think this computer will work fine? Will it be able to do these things? If not, what computer should I get for around $650 or less? Is there a better deal somewhere? (I am not considering building my own computer so don't even mention that)

Also, would this computer be able to run other games fast, such as Minecraft?

Would mew be willing to invest in a desktop computer instead? That way you can get a lot more power for the same price.
