I didn't notice that, until he posted the newest one

I can't do that without after effects or something similar installed. I really need to get those installed.

GIMP
if you resize the images first, then animate them, it'll look better
but you have to give up transparency for that
.gifs suck bc you have to choose between transparency and AA
