I cannot connect my Mac G4 to my network, it tells me wrong password

So I tried to connect my mac to my network for my family and it comes up with wrong password can someone give instructions to do this properly or a fix for it

reset your router

You probably don't have a set password. Go inside your router with default username/password (written on the router) and change the password.
