Also this is most likely going to be crappy because you'll have a lot of people spread over like 50 activities and have 1-3 people on each activity.

The 'N' in nice needs to be capitalised, the 'M' in Mr. needs to be capitalised, the 'G' in Grammar needs to be capitalised and you need a period.
