I had to restart my server. But I found an issue, mostly steam related. If you want to start a dedicated server do NOT start it from the launcher thing (where it has launch dedicated server/launch game), start it from the starbound/win32 folder, that way if you close off the launcher you can actually relaunch the game. if you dont do this and you close the launcher then quit/crash you will not be be able to restart the game

My first planet has virtually no iron, I've found 2 ore traversing the whole thing, and I need at least 60 to build the distress beacon. Guess it's time to see how well Minecraft's number 1 rule applies here.
