Starbound Megathread - Version 1.3.2

I really need a gun but I can't find any Avian airships or other gun sources.
This is really starting to frustrate me as I cannot really compete against gun-using enemies in a way other than trying to sneak attack them, then holding up my shield and running away until I've lost them, and then doing it again until they die. It's time consuming and just really annoying.
