Generally if you have the same tier armor as the tier of the area you are in, you are still gonna have to be cautious about the monsters |

Only taking 68 damage when you have 500 health isn't that difficult, and throwing caution to the wind never works. Although if you want to keep being a wuss about it you could always mod in armors that provide enough defense to block everything short of a supernova. |
