Humans are just simply scum
I mean if humans in starbound are anything like real life then yeah they would probably just kill every other life form or shove a ton of things into its ass "for science"

Glitch have this thing against free will and are hostile against their own race that don't follow social norms.

Hylotl are just pacifistic hippie losers that go around trying to preach "peace" and getting ignored, I don't think they actively forget up anyone because most of them are too big of a weenie to take any direct action.
Unless you've read some ingame lore book that I haven't in which case I'd like to see it.
