in update 1.3 on june 8th, if he meant space stations
novakids got their own villages recently, too, don't know what date yet though

i exist to reiterate blog posts

the summer rolled over and now the plan for 1.4 is bounty hunting:
"Starbound 1.4 will see the player become a bounty hunter, tracking down wanted criminals for the new Peacekeeper organisation."


these are just progress shots posted a half a month ago

the system in general seems nice, but considering starbound's habits of rigging everything up to purely random generation, i'm thinking that bounty hunting is going to just feel more like an empty grind that leads up to a slightly less random boss fight every time. but hey, prove me wrong chucklefish
