Both of the decals in that scene are L4D decals made by Rotondo
He released them a while ago but I don't remember if it was on RTB or not

Not to be confused with the player "Alyx Vance," that decal is based off of the torso of the character Alyx Vance from Half-Life 2. It's default.

Yes, they are on RTB. They were meant to be used with his AI Survivor bot and Gamemode_zombie.
Anyways, here they are.
